Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Delta Call services, provided by Lemos Growth Corp, located at 10090 Tuller Loop, Apt 1203, Winter Garden, FL 34787, USA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Delta Call provides AI-powered business communication services, including:

• AI Digital Employee: voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, chat, and follow-up automation.
• CRM and dashboard: lead, appointment, pipeline, and performance management.
• Business diagnosis: free lead response and missed revenue assessment.
• Optional growth services: Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and related add-ons.

3. Pricing

• AI Digital Employee: $497/month.
• Google Domination add-on: +$397/month.
• Setup: $997 one-time, or $0 with a 6-month agreement.

Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Delta Call may offer a 30-day guarantee: if Maria does not book at least 10 qualified leads during the first month, we may refund 100% of your payment according to the applicable offer terms.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting forms or opting in, you authorize Delta Call to call and message you by SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels related to your diagnosis, account, and services.

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Fair Use

Unlimited features are intended for normal business operations. To protect service quality, plans may be subject to fair-use limits, including 500 active leads/month, 1,000 SMS/month, and 500 AI voice minutes/month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. User Responsibilities

• Use the services lawfully and only for authorized business purposes.
• Provide accurate contact and business information.
• Do not use Delta Call to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
• Maintain required consent for any uploaded contact lists or outbound campaigns.

7. Intellectual Property

Delta Call software, AI workflows, designs, content, and trademarks are owned by Lemos Growth Corp or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and may depend on third-party networks and providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Call’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the previous three months.
